Payment Terms – Corporate & Charity Golf Days

Booking Confirmation
All corporate and charity golf days and events are confirmed once written confirmation has been received and the required deposit has been paid. Dates, venues, and suppliers are only secured once the deposit is cleared.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total agreed event management fee is required to secure the booking, venue, and event services.

Final Balance
The remaining 70% balance is payable no later than 14 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Charity Events
For charity golf days, Elite Golf Events works closely with the organiser to maximise fundraising opportunities.
All event management fees are agreed in advance and are separate from funds raised for the charity.

Late Bookings
For events booked within 30 days of the event date, Elite Golf Events reserves the right to request full payment at the time of booking.

Additional Costs
Any additional services requested after confirmation — including catering upgrades, branding, prizes, live scoring, travel or accommodation — will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to the event.

Cancellations
More than 30 days before the event: deposit retained
14–30 days before the event: 50% of total agreed fee payable
Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of total agreed fee payable

Adverse Weather Policy
Golf events are played in most weather conditions. In the event of severe or unsafe weather (as determined by the golf venue), Elite Golf Events will work with the venue and client to explore alternative arrangements, postponement, or rescheduling where possible.
Any unrecoverable venue or supplier costs remain payable.

Payment Methods
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or invoice. All payments are due in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Agreement
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms.
